What's on?

Here is what you can expect at BIRCON 2025:

• 10:00 - Doors open. Check out our vendors, grab a drink or snack, maybe see if there are any last minute openings in any games.
• 11:00—23:00 - Games, panels, drinks, chillout, raffle, shopping.
• A ton of TTRPG fun with like-minded individuals.
• 00:00 - Doors close.

Additional information

• Each ticket holder is guaranteed at least one place in a game. Closer to the date, we will publish the games on offer, and open up a system where each attendee can vote for their favorite games.
• There will be a range of drinks (and probably snacks) on sale at reasonable prices. There are also plenty of cafés and restaurants in walking distance.
• As an international conference, we default to English. Of course, if you happen to find yourself at a table with all Portuguese speakers, for example, you can play your game in that language instead. :)
