Exhibit at the Convention

Would you like a table or two to sell your wares, or advertise your services, club, or message? We'd love to have you! With an expected number of attendees of around 500, this is a great opportunity for to connect with your target audience.

Specifics

Tables. A table is 50x220 cm and costs €150 for both days. Each table comes with two chairs and two convention tickets.
Returning vendors. If you exhibited last year, your table price is €100 for both days. Each table comes with two chairs and two convention tickets.
Artists. BIRCON loves artists. Your price per table is €50 for both days. Each table comes with one chair and one convention ticket.
Community groups. BIRCON wants to encourage the local gaming community. If you are a community group or non-profit, let us know in the form and we'll see what we can do.
Connectivity. By default, the venue this year has minimal Wifi coverage. However if enough request it, we will investigate options.
Electricity. By default, the tables do not have power. However if enough request it, we will investigate options.
Demos. If you'd like to run demos of your game or games, feel free to submit them!
Setup and teardown. Setup is on Friday, 9th October, from 16:00 to 19:00, and on Saturday, 10th October, from 08:00 to 09:30. Teardown is on Sunday, 11th October, from 18:00 to 20:00.

Amor Fati Berlin - Dark Fantasy Art

We are Maria & Max, an artist duo from Berlin. For over 3 years now we've been selling our original art in the form of prints, patches, shirts and more. We have done lots of markets including comic conventions, tattoo conventions and art markets.

I offer both original- and fan art, made both through traditional means or digitally. Examples include (screen) prints, linocuts, coasters, and stickers.

I design and make wimsical products for gamers from wood and acrylic - everything you need to step up your game, from tokens to mimics, dice trays, party ear rings and lunch boxes.

DevinsDice

Handmade polyhedral dice! Like sparkly math rocks? So do I! I make all kinds of wonderful resin rocks with numbers that tell you your fate. I exhibited last year and BIRCON and loved it so much I’m back for round 2 with even more dice, dice jewelry, and stickers!

Dorothee Wittstock Illustrations

Born and raised in Berlin, I discovered my passion for the arts at a very young age thanks to my grandfather, who was himself a passionate painter working with oil and canvas. Through my hobby of pen-and-paper role-playing games, I rediscovered my love for illustration and in 2016 started working as a freelance illustrator on a part-time basis for several german publishers as Ulisses Spiele HEXXEN 1733 and Uhrwerk Verlag for Splittermond

My name is Isuna, and in 2020 I turned my long-standing hobby into a career. Now I’m a freelance artist, creating illustrations, scenes, and characters for others. I feel right at home in both the furry fandom and the role-playing community, where I freely express my creativity. I work both digitally and traditionally, and I enjoy refining my sketches with a touch of blacklight magic.

Quangartportal

I´m a traditional artist based in Berlin. My style is deeply inspired by the dark fantasy world of the manga Berserk and Soulsborne. I work primarily with pencil, ink, and fine-liners. Naturally drawn to black-and-white aesthetics, I sometimes add color—either digitally with Procreate or through traditional media like watercolor and markers.
