Exhibit at the Convention

Would you like a table or two to sell your wares, or advertise your services, club, or message? We'd love to have you! With an expected number of attendees of around 500, this is a great opportunity for to connect with your target audience.

Specifics

Tables. A table is 50x220 cm and costs €150 for both days. Each table comes with two chairs and two convention tickets.
Returning vendors. If you exhibited last year, your table price is €100 for both days. Each table comes with two chairs and two convention tickets.
Artists. BIRCON loves artists. Your price per table is €50 for both days. Each table comes with one chair and one convention ticket.
Community groups. BIRCON wants to encourage the local gaming community. If you are a community group or non-profit, let us know in the form and we'll see what we can do.
Connectivity. By default, the venue this year has minimal Wifi coverage. However if enough request it, we will investigate options.
Electricity. By default, the tables do not have power. However if enough request it, we will investigate options.
Demos. If you'd like to run demos of your game or games, feel free to submit them!
Setup and teardown. Setup is on Friday, 9th October, from 16:00 to 19:00, and on Saturday, 10th October, from 08:00 to 09:30. Teardown is on Sunday, 11th October, from 18:00 to 20:00.
