- Communication
- By purchasing a ticket you agree that we can email you with news and updates about the event.
- Sales
- You need a ticket to attend Bircon 2025. Our payment platform offers various payment options.
- Refunds
- You are entitled to a full refund up until September 27th 2025 (14 days before the event). After this date, no refunds are available.
- Transferable
- Tickets are exchangeable, but please handle this yourself in the BIRCON Discord server's #ticket-exchange channel.
- Photography
- We will be taking photographs at the event for our website and possibly future marketing. If you wish not to be photographed, please let us know.
