This was our setup for the 2025 edition:
🏛️ Prime Location
Tables were located in the main hall, near panel and chillout areas for maximum visibility.
👥 Great Exposure
Exhibitors connected with approximately 300 TTRPG fans throughout the day.
🤝 Table Sharing
Exhibitors could share a table with up to one other exhibitor to reduce costs.
What Was Included
Convention Passes
Each exhibitor table included 2 convention passes, with additional passes available for purchase.
Refund Policy
Full refund was available until September 27th, 2025.
